Overall it wasn't bad. I don't understand all the Damm emails how we will set time aside for us and we get there no one has a clue why we are there. I will say you fixed it but it was annoying. When you have G.M. deals it needs to be hilghted so customers no there deadlines. It's time for Leeny to retire won't go into it.

Justin the Salesperson was great. Tito was friendly and easy to work with. Scott Russell in finance is a person that I hope never to work with again. Scott was quick when I signed papers. When I called back a couple days later to mention I found errors in spelling he told me that he asks 3 times before the person signs putting it back on me. When I told him it was on the registration and tax papers he said oh. When I came in to get the corrected ones he said the envelope across the desk and said all corrected with a grin. I looked and my lastname was correct but the first was still misspelled. He got flustered. I also had to point out that his zipper was down as he did not dress himself well. Finally 3rd time paperwork was corrected.

I HAVE HAD MY CAR IN TWICE BECAUSE OF THE COOLANT LEAKING INTO THE ENGINE. THE FIRST TIME I TOOK MY CAR IN AND WAS TOLD IT WAS FIXED, WITHIN THE NEXT THREE DAYS MY CAR WAS AGAIN LEAKING COOLANT INTO THE ENGINE, AND AS BEFORE; CAUSING MY CAR TO STALL WHEN STARTING, SHOOTING OUT WHITE SMOKE FROM THE TAIL PIPE AND SMELLING LIKE BURNING COOLANT WHILE DRIVING. I AGAIN TOOK MY CAR TO YOUR MAINTENANCE SHOP FOR THE SECOND TIME, AND WAS AGAIN TOLD IT WAS FIXED, AND WITHIN TWO DAYS MY CAR WAS AGAIN LEAKING COOLANT INTO THE ENGINE, STALLING WHEN STARTING, SHOTTING OUT WHITE SMOKE FROM THE TAIL PIPE AND SMELLING LIKE BURNING COOLANT WHILE DRIVING. MY HUSBAND AND I HAVE SPENT OVER 6K TRYING TO GET IT FIXED CORRECTLY!!! AND HERE WE ARE, MY CAR IS PARKED BECAUSE I CAN NOT DRIVE IT DUE TO THE LEAKING COOLANT AND NOT WANTING TO DISTROY THE ENGINE. MY HUSBAND AND I WILL NEVER!!!! EVER!!!! TAKE OUR VEHICLES TO YOUR MAINTENCE DEPARTMENT AGAIN AND WE WILL NEVER!!! EVER!!! PURCHASE A CARE FROM GHENT EVER AGAIN AND BELEIVE ME I HAVE INFORMED ALL OF MY FRIENDS AND FAMILY TO STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM YOUR DEALERSHIP AND GO ELSE WHERE FOR SERVICE AND TO PURCHASE A NEW VEHICLE. THANK YOU FOR WAISTING MY AND MY HUSBANDS TIME AND MONEY!!!!! ALSO YOU ALL DON'T EVEN DESERVE A POOR RATING, IT IS WELL BELOW POOR!!!!

My appointment wasn't until 4:30 however I got off work early and when I got there Dylan was amazing getting me in right away knowing I had another hour drive home they got my truck done quickly and got me on my way

My appointment was at 8 A.M and I dropped my vehicle off a few minutes before. My car sat there in the lot at least 2 hrs. I hope this isn't a common practice. I ended up having to leave my vehicle over night for a job that was only 4.2 hrs. (@ $185 an hour) The reason was the mechanic needed a special tool (which YouTube confirmed). I worked at a GM assembly plant and we had to start promptly at 6 a.m. If your not going to live up to appointment times at least let the customer know. The part I needed was installed properly and so far my vehicle is running fine, thanks to the mechanic for a job well done.

The work agreed upon over the phone was not completed as agreed to. I asked for 2 bushings to be replaced, and they only did one. I was billed for 1.5 hours of work for a 30min job. And they only did half of what I asked. Also, I was told they could not get the just the parts from GM needed to complete my requested repair, but rather had to replace the entire Shift cable. To do what I needed done, I had to furnish the parts, which I did. The difference in cost between what was needed vs. what they said they could do was 3x more. I'm extremely dissatisfied. I am a long time GM owner, and have bought, and currently own, several GM products. This whole ordeal has got me re-thinking what my next vehicle purchase will be.

Total lack of communication from Ghent on the service and status of my vehicle. Multiple repair attempts for the same issue, taking over a month of time. This store has SERIOUS management issues.
