The work agreed upon over the phone was not completed as agreed to. I asked for 2 bushings to be replaced, and they only did one. I was billed for 1.5 hours of work for a 30min job. And they only did half of what I asked. Also, I was told they could not get the just the parts from GM needed to complete my requested repair, but rather had to replace the entire Shift cable. To do what I needed done, I had to furnish the parts, which I did. The difference in cost between what was needed vs. what they said they could do was 3x more. I'm extremely dissatisfied. I am a long time GM owner, and have bought, and currently own, several GM products. This whole ordeal has got me re-thinking what my next vehicle purchase will be.
