I took it in to have turbo looked at. Your mechanic and service writer blamed my exhaust for the turbo. So I order exhaust finally and want to go back to stock. Which my muffler is 50 state compliant for emissions. I decide to check to see if I need to order a turbo also and behold, I find that the boot from turbo to air intake is very loose. I tighten and take for a drive. At first the sound is gone then comes back after 30 minutes of driving. I look and its loose again, so I know the clamp is stripped. if the mechanic would have looked into it, he would have found the clamp was bad. Instead, he blamed the exhaust and never looked at it. So yes, I will never take it there again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid your service department. I never had a problem till this service for warranty work.
