We believe in giving generously to our local charities. We receive a large number of requests for donations: therefore, it is impossible to give to every organization. Also, because we are solicited for numerous donations and because we gladly give to large charitable groups, we may not be able to give anything at all or as much as your requests. We accept requests for charitable donations once a year in December. We answer those requests in January. For the current year, we are committed for our charitable giving. We will look at all requests for donations: however, we prefer to be the title sponsor and an exclusive sponsor of an event. You must fill in every blank on this document otherwise your requests will not be considered. If you do not know the answer to a question, please put ( N.A) for “not applicable”. Some questions require you to specify and answer. If your request is approved, you will receive notification from us in January. If your request is not approved, no notification will be sent.
